Campaigning for: State House District 49

Born and raised in Alpharetta, Martin has been in the Georgia House since 2003. His district includes Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, and greater north Fulton County. He currently serves as chair of the House Higher Education Committee and sits on several other committees. He previously served on the Alpharetta City Council, then as the city’s mayor. According to his campaign website, his legislative priorities include continuing to improve election integrity, to lower Georgians’ taxes, to protect the HOPE scholarship, and to develop solutions to traffic gridlock. After the 2020 elections, he asked to serve on a special committee one election integrity.
