Campaigning for: State House District 39

Olivia Angel did not respond to the emailed questionnaire.

A native of the Philippines, Angel moved to America 17 years ago. She works as an office and marketing professional in a supply chain software company and has her own freelance paralegal practice. She wants to ensure that the voices of the district’s residents in Cobb County are heard at the state Capitol. On her campaign website, she says she believes senior citizens should be exempt from paying any school taxes and critical race theory should never be taught in schools. She says schools need to focus on teaching the basics of reading, math and American history. They do not need to learn subjects that “teaches children to hate by skin color and by category.”
